Who we are
B2 International Consultants SRL is a well-established, Bucharest-based architectural and technical support services practice, founded in 1991.
The company has its registered office at 152, Cireșoaia Street, Sector 1, Bucharest and is registered with the Romanian Trade Office under unique code 9481749.
The company is run under full-time UK expatriate and Romanian management, with locally employed specialist professional staff.
We employ a variety of State Approved Expert specialist staff, either on direct or collaboration contracts, covering all aspects of construction related activities.
We always work to the highest professional standards, in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as well as the Romanian Order of Architects. We have adopted the management standards required for ISO 9002 certification in addition to maintaining our own Quality Manual.

Fees
B2IC fees are charged on a competitive basis in accordance with a pre-agreed fixed or percentage fee basis.
The level of fees charged is dependent upon the complexity and scope of the services to be undertaken.
