Last updated: 23 September 2026. This policy explains how B2 International Consultants SRL ("B2", "we") processes personal data collected through the website b2.ro, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian law.

What data we collect and why
Contact form: when you send us a message we process the data you enter — name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and the content of your message — solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs: our hosting provider (IONOS SE, Germany) automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, for security and to keep the website running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a limited period defined by the hosting provider.
Cookies and tracking: this website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses the technical storage strictly necessary for the site to function.
Third parties and transfers
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be processed by our service providers strictly for the purposes above: the hosting provider (IONOS SE, EU) and our e-mail provider (Microsoft 365, EU data residency). The contact page embeds a map from Google Maps; loading it may transfer your IP address to Google LLC (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention
Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 3 years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing contractual relationship.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data rectified and, where applicable, incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased when it is no longer needed for the purposes above;
- restrict or object to the processing based on our legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format, where processing is based on a contract;
- lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
